I Was a Foster Failure
“Fostering” means that you are willing to take rescued animals into your home and help them “normalize” before they’re “adopted”. In this way people can help more animals adjust and become a successful adoption. The joke is, if you get too attached and take the option to adopt the animal yourself you are a “foster failure”. And that’s a good thing.
