Thunder Valley Overview and Link

The Thunder Valley Community Development Corporation (TVCDC) is a Lakota Indian operated initiative to help the Lakota people on the Pine Ridge Indian reservation in South Dakota. One of the 5 poorest communities in the entire United States.

The TVCDC is an incorporated charitable organization not a corporate enterprise. These are Lakota people, living on Lakota land, helping Lakota people.

This is a well-organized Lakota organization of very educated Lakota people. People who intimately know the needs of the people in the Lakota community. An organization with clearly defined initiatives.
